and welcome to townhouse-near-disney, your self catering vacation/holiday home,

available to rent throughout the year, in an ideal location on Regal Oaks at Old Town Resort, Kissimmee, Florida and only 3 miles from Disneyworld maingate.

Townhouse-near-disney is family owned by Jill, Sylvia, Peter and Paul Broadhead.  We take pride in our home and the first class personal service provided to guests - from your initial enquiry until your departure from our home. As you will be renting direct with us, not an agent or management company, the information and photos on this website relate to our home, your accommodation.

We are actively involved in the day to day care of our home, supported by our locally based management company, who will also be on hand to provide assistance to you during your stay as and when required.

We are happy to provide assistance  - if you need help, please ask. As a suggestion, on some pages, we have included photos and links to websites for some of the attractions and places we have visited. On The resort pages, we have included links to some of the restaurants local to Regal Oaks at Old Town. There are a wide variety of additional restaurants both within walking distance or a short driving distance from our home.
